While I have no advice on how to survive a grocery trip without one (or two or three) meltdowns, I DO have some handy tricks that have helped me along the way.
It's not always easy ( well actually, it's never easy), and there are times that I consider giving up and switching to formula so I don't have to do it anymore. But I keep at it because I know it is the best thing for my babies.
