Lazy Mom Toddler Pie

I’m a huge fan of finding ways to use leftovers to create different meals. At least once a week we are eating tacos or quesadillas made with meats cooked throughout the week. My new favorite is a meat and cheese “pie” that my kids love! It’s super easy to make and can be sliced into small pieces for little fingers to pick up. We love it so much, I had to share.

Lazy Mom Toddler Pie

For big fingers, little fingers, and really little fingers

You will need:

1 pack of Pre-made pie dough

Shredded Cheese

Meat- any kind- I use pork, chicken, or ground beef most often

Parchment Paper

Pre-heat over to 425.

Unroll 1 pie dough on a parchment paper lined pan. (I also spray the paper for good measure)

Sprinkle meat and cheese on pie dough.

Place top pie dough on, seal edges with a fork, and lightly brush with butter.

Poke with a fork a few times to allow heat to escape during baking.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until crust is brown.

Slice and enjoy
